Michael Ryan is a Finance Leader whose Mission is to Transform Finance by sharing his experience. An inspirational Leader he loves leading people to reach their potential and form World Class Finance teams. He has led Finance Transformations across all major Finance Processes for Whitbread, Argos Retail Group, Deloitte and Logica CGI, before launching Finance Transformation Consulting.

His background and experience focuses on driving Organisational Change and Process efficiency. Michael is a subject matter expert in Finance, Shared Services and Operating Models. He created BusReq to address the core reason for failure on major Transformation Programs which is that ineffective Business Requirements cause long term failure.

Mark Saywell is a Business Systems Leader with over 20 years Consulting experience in the Big 4. A Practice Leader he has extensive experience in ERP Strategy and Selection for Finance and other Functions. He has experience with all major ERP solutions that a mid to large size Corporate would implement as part of a Finance Transformation or Shared Services project.

He has defined the Business Requirements on multiple System implementations and is well aware of the implementation pitfalls of major Programs. Mark’s expertise in Business Systems, both ERP and point solutions, means he is the perfect compliment to Michael Ryan’s Operating Model expertise to create effective Business Requirements.
